Nationally: Indra Nooyi, president and chief financial officer, PepsiCo. We admire her belief that being a woman, being foreign-born, you’ve got to be smarter than anyone else to succeed. What we like is that she accepts it and acts upon it rather than exist in denial. She is a smart risk-taker and has innovative ideas.

It will start to show the signs of stability and eventually we will see a very slow growth phase settle in.

Innovation, innovation and innovation. These times demand revamping our product and services offering to suit the needs of changing business landscape. We are studying the trends and adapting.
