What has fueled your company’s growth?: “Continuous innovation in our delivery model that helps us adapt to the changing landscape of our industry. It has been an arduous task- in- progress to form a team that can align to the ‘MARS IT’ difference and be willing to unlearn the conventional wisdom. Our model is designed to excel in the post recessionary staffing industry needs.”
What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?: “Nothing out of the ordinary. Our mantra is that of a sustained profitable growth. We are fortunate enough to be able to pick the pace of our growth while operating under the constraints that most of our industry does.”
Do you plan any changes in your company in the upcoming months?: “Yes, we have a few strategic partnerships under works. We are also looking at outsourcing opportunities as a way of expansion.”
Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? And what traits do those people exhibit that make you admire them?: “What impresses me about people is humility, intellect, creativity and above all the willingness to undertake the efforts required to deliver. Internationally, I have always admired Steve Jobs as an innovative entrepreneur. Locally, I am very fortunate to have had opportunity to be mentored by some highly accomplished business owners. They know who they are.”
What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months?: “Our industry is ever changing, highly competitive and is reaching a point of saturation. I anticipate this trend to continue and subsequently force innovative approaches and solutions. I also think that the immigration reforms will have a huge bearing on the technology staffing industry.”
