His company, Irgens Partners LLC, is among the largest office property management firms in the Milwaukee area. Recently, Irgens developed one of the newest additions to the city’s skyline, the 25-story BMO Tower in downtown Milwaukee. Irgens is also a co-founder and past president of the NAIOP-Wisconsin Chapter and a member of Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin and Urban Land Institute.
