Pewaukee-based marketing company The Marek Group today announced that it plans to hire 20 new full-time employees, plus 200 seasonal employees in the fourth quarter, as a result of a new contract with Tel Aviv, Israel-based software company, Mixtiles. The Marek Group said the contract with Mixtiles is one of “several enterprise contacts” it has been awarded this year. Mixtiles creates wall art with photographs. The company relies on software and industrial design for its projects, according to The Marek Group, which will be the primary manufacturer and distributor of Mixtile products in North America. The new positions at The Marek Group will work at the company's three manufacturing, fulfillment and distribution centers in the Milwaukee area including Waukesha, Pewaukee, and West Allis. The company will hire for positions across several shifts. “For our organization to have realized such growth during a global pandemic where our industry has seen revenue decreases of up to 40% is a testament to our amazing team and the transformative services, they bring to our clients every day," said Fuzzy Marek, chief executive officer of The Marek Group. "To be in a position to continue investing in our company allows us to evolve and drive greater value for our clients in the years to come.”
