The property is slit into several parcels that range in size from about five acres to more than 132 acres. The property is located at three sites: Eight parcels in the Town of Dover near Highway 20 totaling 236.5 acres, 11 parcels in the Town of Yorkville on Highway U totaling 486.5 acres, and a 79-acre parcel in the town of Raymond.
