Modine Manufacturing Company has named Michael B. Lucareli as vice president of finance, chief financial officer and treasurer of the company. Lucareli has been with Modine for 11 years and most recently served as vice president of finance and corporate treasurer.

“We evaluated numerous highly qualified candidates over the last eight months,” said Thomas Burke, Modine president and chief executive officer. “We were very deliberate in our search process and it served us well. Mick proved to be the best candidate and I am delighted that he will step into this very important position. He possesses the right combination of financial skills, knowledge of Modine, and leadership that are critical for our success.”

Butler-based Actuant Corp. has appointed Matthew Pauli as corporate controller and principal accounting officer. Pauli replaces Chadwick DeLuka who has been promoted to a finance leadership role in the company’s energy segment.

Pauli joined Actuant in June 2008 as assistant corporate controller.

"Chad has made significant contributions to the company during his four years as corporate controller, a period of substantial growth for Actuant,” said  Andrew Lampereur, chief financial officer. “Both Chad and Matt’s promotions reflect Actuant’s philosophy of developing high potential employees through a variety of leadership experiences.”

Olympus Flag & Banner, a Milwaukee-based manufacturer of custom banners, flags, backdrops and custom mascots, has recently hired Matt Haseman as facilities manager, Melissa Naatz as sales and marketing assistant and Chris Nash as inventory specialist.
