Butler-based Actuant Corp. has promoted Sandy Bugbee to assistant treasurer and named her an officer of the company. Bugbee will lead the insurance and risk management functions in addition to overseeing the day-to-day management of Actuant’s treasury operations.

She joined Actuant in 2000 and has held a variety of finance positions of increasing responsibility.

Menomonee Falls-based Arandell Corp. hired Donna Flanagan as a sales executive.

She will be responsible for securing new business and developing fresh and innovative sales strategies. In addition, she will offer client consultation in areas of marketing strategy, quality and color improvements, paper, print production and postal optimization.

“Donna’s diverse background and extensive printing experience will help us achieve our aggressive sales growth objectives,” said Tom Benedict, Arandell’s senior vice president of national sales. “With her strong manufacturing and direct marketing background, she will concentrate on identifying new business opportunities as well as help clients become more efficient and profitable in their printing. Her innovative and proven set of skills will be a great addition to our team.”  

Brookfield-based American Friction Welding has hired Mike Siegler as its general manager. Siegler has worked in the automotive, construction equipment, marine, lawn & garden markets, with commercial and industrial firms. In addition to leading the company’s sales force, Siegler will assist customers with application design solutions. He will also assume the managerial responsibilities of Joel Donohue, who has been promoted to lead created Prosource/Trace-a-Matic.
