Robert Kruse has been named the executive vice president of WPC Technologies Inc., a Milwaukee coating product manufacturer. He joined the company in 2009 and previously served as operations manager.

Marcia Arndt, dean of manufacturing technology at Moraine Park Technical College in West Bend, was elected secretary/treasurer of Nuts, Bolts and Thingamajigs, the foundation of the Fabricators and Manufacturers’ Association International. NBT provides educational scholarships to young people interested in metal forming and fabricating.
