MANITOWOC – Mirro ‘Artist Lofts’ loan approved by council

    From the ashes of Mirro Plant 3 will come affordable housing, thanks in part to a loan approved by the Manitowoc City Council.

    The council on Aug. 17 approved a $184,713 loan from the Board of Commissioners of Public Lands to be used for developing the former Mirro Plant 3, at 2402 Franklin St., into a 40-unit apartment complex.
