Major Pharmaceuticals buys Mequon building

Livonia, Mich.-based Major Pharmaceuticals purchased a 25,000-square-foot building at 12250 N. Corporate Parkway in Mequon and plans to add about 50 wrokers in the facility.

Major Pharmaceuticals bought the building for $1.675 million, according to state records.

The company, a prescription and over-the-counter medicine provider, originally planned to occupy building that would be newly constructed in the area, but dropped those plans and searched for an existing building instead.

Bob Babiasz brokered the deal for Major Pharmaceuticals. The building was listed for sale by NAI MLG Commercial for $1.775 million.
