Madison-based M3, the state’s largest privately owned insurance agency, will move 50 to 60 employees from the Riverwood Corporate Center, at N19 W24200 Riverwood Drive in Pewaukee, to 17,188 square feet of space at 1425 North Discovery Parkway, Wauwatosa, in September.

The move will allow the company to grow, attract younger talent and be more centrally located, said Claire Flitcroft, M3 business development executive.

The new office will offer an onsite gym, concierge services and onsite dining, plus nearby restaurants – all things that will appeal to millennials, Flitcroft said.

“We have been growing so much, we have people sharing office space right now,” Flitcroft said. “And since we’ve always called that office our Milwaukee office, we thought we should at least be in Milwaukee County.”

Bob Flood, RFP Commercial, Inc., represented M3 in the transaction.

M3 employs about 250 people company wide, and has additional offices in Madison, Wausau, Green Bay and Eau Claire.

The three-story, 95,000-square-foot ABB office building was the first private sector development at Innovation Campus, located northeast of U.S. Highway 45 and Watertown Plank Road. Milwaukee-based Zilber Property Group developed the class A office building in 2013 to house ABB’s businesses operations in southeastern Wisconsin.
