Prairie Financial Group, a division of Waukesha State Bank, has announced the promotion of Lisa Persohn to vice president – accounting and business operations manager.
Persohn joined Prairie Financial Group in February of 2016 as the accounting and business operations manager and has more than a decade of business operations experience, including strategic planning, accounting, compliance, human resources, marketing and IT/database management. In her new role as vice president – accounting and business operations manager, Lisa will continue to manage the financial analysis and reporting of the division, ensure procedural efficiency between PFG and corporate bank departments, serve as project manager for department-specific software conversions as well as monitor and maintain licenses, permits and contract renewals.
She is a Certified Public Accountant and earned her bachelor’s degree in business with majors in accounting and finance from the Curtis L. Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. She is active in the community volunteering with Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Southeast.
