“We have entered the market because the market reached out and demanded more options and alternatives to the incumbent providers,” said Leeward chief executive officer Michael Polzin, “When a market speaks out this strongly, we cannot ignore it.”

In partnership with Dane County Data Exchange, the Leeward Business Advisors data center in Madison offers solutions for data center co-location, offsite backup, cloud, and managed services.

Facility Gateway Corp. was commissioned to build dedicated data center space in their facility at 4916 E. Broadway, Madison, for Leeward Business Advisors.

“(Leeward Business Advisors) comes to market with a powerful approach,” said Tyler Marks of Facility Gateway Corp. “Their customer first attitude and business value focus makes them a powerful partner for any customer to have. We are thrilled to have them operating in our facility and look forward to mutual success.”

Leeward Business Advisors chief technology officer Jason Klein has more than 20 years of career experience designing and delivering technology solutions for Madison area businesses.

“As a Madison native I have observed the change and growth of technology in this area,” said Klein. “The Midwest tends to run in syncopation with other markets. Now is the time. Madison companies want their technology to be a business value-add and not a drag on their P&L. We are bringing our business advisory approach to Madison to fill that need.”

Leeward Business Advisors provides co-location, hosting, and managed services in partnership with other data centers in Milwaukee and Chicago.

“Having a dedicated LeewardBA operated space offers strategic advantages to round out our portfolio,” said Klein. “We can meet unique service needs in Madison and extend workloads, offer data protection, and enable disaster recovery into Milwaukee or Chicago. We can do this while maintaining very low latency across diverse network carriers and ISPs.”

Leeward Business Advisors was recently named a Fast Five company in the Kenosha Area Business Alliance’s Ovation Awards.
