What has fueled your company’s growth?

“The 2001 Federal ‘No Child Left Behind’ Legislation, new competition in the education market, professional development for people and organizations and tremendous growth in interactive technologies and tools.”

What has been the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?

“We continue to avoid the obstacles by employing the right people, aligning with the right resources, being able to meet the needs of our strategic customers and overall by learning how to ask the right questions.”

Do you have any planned changes for your company in the coming months?

“We will continue to ask the questions of what do we have to do to meet the key needs of our customers in the area of people, work processes, technologies and resources.”

Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? What traits do those people exhibit that make you admire them?

“The person that I most respect on the local and national scene is Will Allen, chief executive officer of Growing Power. He has been successful in moving his business concept forward both locally and nationally by demonstrating a clear vision, leadership, problem-solving skills, collaboration and a strong ability to move forward in an a-political way. He knows how to build understanding, support and committment to progressively move his projects forward.”

What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months?

“We have positioned our business to be able to capitalize on key needs of the marketplace and plan to develop the mind set, skillset, and toolset of people and organizations and increase the productivity and optimization of people and organizations.

What has been your company’s key strategy for rising out of the recession?

“Our key strategy will continue to build our organizations capacity and capability to be the preferred supplier to our targeted customers.”

Congratulations from the strategic partners behind Learning Exchange
