Cardinal Stritch University president James Loftus will sign an agreement with Waukesha County Technical College president Kaylen Betzig this afternoon that will allow WCTC associates degree graduates to apply their course credits toward a Cardinal Stritch business degree.
The leaders will also sign a similar credit transfer agreement for graduates of WCTC’s Baking & Pastry Management, Culinary Management and Hospitality Management associate degree program who wish to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management at Cardinal Stritch.
The agreements will save WCTC graduates money, the institutions said in a statement released Thursday morning, and give them the ability to earn a bachelor’s degree from Cardinal Stritch through online courses, courses at WCTC’s campus or a combination of the two.
Certain Cardinal Stritch classes could be available at WCTC as early as January 2017, the institutions said.
