Law firm Cannon & Dunphy sells Brookfield office building for $5.8 million

Firm plans on remaining in building

Personal injury attorneys Cannon & Dunphy have sold their office building in the Town of Brookfield in a sale-leaseback deal to a Greendale investment group for $5.8 million.

“We’re staying there and remaining as a tenant long term,” said William Cannon, one of the firm’s partners.

The building at 595 N. Barker Road, was sold to B&B Investment Properties, according to state records. B&B is registered to Brian Drumel.

The property is assessed by Waukesha County for $1.99 million. The building is located at Barker and Bluemound roads, just west of The Corners of Brookfield mixed-use development.
