Horizon Retail Construction, Inc., Sturtevant, has promoted Laura Schenkenberg to assistant project manager. Prior to her promotion, Schenkenberg was working as a Project Coordinator at Horizon since July of 2011. In her new role, Schenkenberg will be responsible for the coordination of construction and administrative duties for various accounts.
