West Allis senior apartment complex sold for $14.85 million

The Landmark of West Allis, a 127-unit senior apartment complex, has been sold for $14.85 million, according to state records.

The four-story complex, located at 1441 S. 68th St. in West Allis, was sold by an affiliate of town of Brookfield-based Capri Communities to an affiliate of New York-based real estate firm Greystone.
