The financial institution has purchased land near the northeast corner of South 84th Street and West Layton Avenue, across from the new 84South development, where it plans to construct a 4,200-square-foot building to house the branch.

The Greenfield branch will have multiple drive-up lanes, a drive-up ATM, and private offices for meetings with members. It is expected to open in winter 2020.

Landmark now has 31 branches, which are concentrated in the southern half of the state. It has more than 650 employees and 340,000 members. The institution has $3.9 billion in assets.

In December, Landmark announced it was working to move its headquarters to a new, larger 150,000-square-foot building it would construct at 555 S. Executive Drive in Brookfield.  And in January it revealed plans to build a new branch in the town of Brookfield.

“We understand the important role that full-service branches play in our ability to serve members,” said Jay Magulski, president and chief executive officer of Landmark. “That is why we continue to thoughtfully pursue expansion opportunities while also offering a full complement of online and mobile banking solutions. This combination allows members the flexibility to interact with us in ways that best meet their needs.”
