Lake Geneva shopping center sold for $10.35 million

A subsidiary of Oak Brook, Ill.-based The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies Inc. recently purchased a 55,530-square-foot, four-building shopping center on a 6.8-acre site in Lake Geneva for $10.35 million, according to state records.

The four-building complex at 652 N. Edwards Boulevard is fully leased to TJ Maxx, Jo Ann Fabrics, DaVita Dialysis, rue21, Great Clips and Kay Jewelers. The buildings are located near the Target store in Lake Geneva.

The complex was sold by Pewaukee-based TJJA Development LLC.
