What has fueled your company’s growth? Our company growth has been fueled we feel by being a family-oriented, results-driven business, which leads by example and lives daily our commitment to our God, family, company, and customers. The high regard and respect we have for our customers is evidenced through each member of our team in our daily activities. We have found leading by example speaks for itself. Most important is the culture we have developed, a high standard of care for our customers, employees, and vendors. Exceeding expectations at each opportunity, regardless of the challenge!

What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth? The biggest obstacle our company has is the ever-increasing cost of health insurance. We provide full coverage and feel it is core to our family values and the well-being of our employees.

Do you plan any changes in your company in the upcoming months? Our company’s plans in the upcoming months will be to reinvest in the company and implement plans for our future. We have been test-marketing some new services and have found an overwhelming acceptance by our markets for these services.

Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? And what traits do those people exhibit that make you admire them? On this third year with Future 50, I need to recognize: Al Beranek and Steve Gardiner, who all but twisted my arm to explore a new venture. Rich De Luca and Dudley Godfrey, who were of unbelievable support and good friends. Most important, my co-founder Mary Lou, without whom I could not have done this.

What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months? We feel strong that our strategy is to continuously look for ways to improve our processes and results for our customers. As this holds true, our customers seek us out.
