The federal government has now made it possible for agencies to work with the website Yelp so that users can rate their experience and post reviews just as they would for a restaurant. The agreement is in response to a suggestion made by Rep. Ron Kind of La Crosse, who said the idea came to him last year while visiting the Silicon Valley company.
