What has fueled your company’s growth?: “Krueger has been on a quest to reinvent itself since 2000. Through a dedicated strategy, a clear message and staying focused along the way, our firm has seen continued growth year after year. It’s through a low client turnover and high volume of multidivision clients, which has been a nice boost to our 2012 year.”

What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?:“The largest obstacle our company faces is online retailers. Online retailers are out there pushing CLOUD systems and offerings from telecom to IT. Since it’s so new, there isn’t much information out there positive or negative to help businesses understand what direction they should go. For this reason, Krueger has continued to help educate clients on when CLOUD is right and how Krueger CLOUD offerings can help deliver the ideal hybrid approach for most businesses.”

Do you plan any changes in your company in the upcoming months?: “Krueger is currently taking applications for new team members ranging from sales professionals to IT or Telecom engineers. Krueger has also begun to work with a market leader and innovator in the HD camera surveillance business. When our clients continued to ask for solutions for how they can monitor assets, property and people, Krueger came through and delivered a solution. Since we released our offering in 2nd Quarter 2012, we have been receiving nothing but positive feedback from our existing clients asking for a HD camera solution.”

Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? And what traits do those people exhibit that make you admire them?:“Over the years I have been privileged to interact with so many high level professionals that it can be tough to narrow. First, Douglas C. Stelz was my grandfather and a born entrepreneur. He had his own construction company and real estate company, and he was in congress and was even an auctioneer. His ability to read people, understand a buyer and know various types of business was remarkable. He truly was and still is a remarkable person in my book. Second, is my father, Al Krueger, Sr. He started our family firm at 17 years old as a TV and radio repair shop. His ability to always find answers and fix problems was extremely unique. I greatly respect his willingness to deliver what he promises and always ensure honesty comes first. Third is Kevin Donnell, president of First Weber Group Realtors. He has been a great influence in my professional career. He truly has the gift to lead and it is amazing to be around when the opportunity arises. Fourth is Vincent Hrenek, vice president of Raytheon Supply Chain Systems. I have had the privilege to be around Vince as he led discussions, negotiated deals and led people. Not all the time do people have the opportunity to meet someone who they feel can and will make a difference in the world, but Vince is one of those people.

What is your company’s most important growth strategy right now?: “For Krueger our most important growth strategy is to continue to deliver on our key service factors as we take growth steps. It is so easy to deviate from purpose in business once new growth steps take place. For Krueger, we will be ready to take a step back before we take more steps forward when needed.”
