She comes to the team with a strong healthcare background with a BA in Sports Medicine and Science with credits toward a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. Most recently she has been a Talent Management Coordinator for a healthcare group in Brookfield which included sourcing. screening, interviewing and hiring new staff members with a focus on Advanced Practice RN’s.
She has passion for exceptional customer service, process improvements and staff development. She has also worked as the manager covering all aspects of office and staff management for a solo practice physician and worked as a PTA. The sum of her background will assure that she has the ability to understand any of your staffing needs and will excel in matching those with qualified applicants.
