Krajcir named MBBI president

Ed Krajcir, president of Sunbelt Midwest in Milwaukee, has been appointed Wisconsin chapter president of Midwest Business Brokers and Intermediaries. He will serve a one-year term.

Krajcir will be responsible for the managing the budget, event planning, strategic planning and leading board meetings. The group hosts educational seminars that bring transaction professionals together to share best practices.

MBBI is one of the largest organizations of M&A advisors in the Midwest. There are 225 business brokers, M&A intermediaries, investment bankers, attorneys, accountants, banks, SBA lenders, valuation service providers, individual buyers, private equity groups and corporate buyers in the organization.

“As a long time MBBI member, it’s an honor to serve as the Wisconsin Chapter President for 2013,” Krajcir said. “The year started strong and membership interest is growing. As President, I hope to encourage member involvement, share best practices, and plan networking opportunities that benefit our members and their clients. This is an inspiring and educational group that increases our industry’s credibility and visibility.”
