Komisar Brady to move out of downtown

Milwaukee-based Komisar Brady plans to move its headquarters out of downtown Milwaukee to the Honey Creek Corporate Center on the city’s west side. The accounting firm’s office has been located in downtown Milwaukee for more than 50 years.

Komisar Brady will move out of its current location in the Clark Building at 633 W. Wisconsin Ave. to a 15,000-square-foot space in Honey Creek III at 135 S. 84th St., Milwaukee. The move will be completed in early November.

“Komisar Brady considered many different locations for their professional offices,” the firm said in a statement. “In the end, they decided that Honey Creek was the best option for the growth of their firm and access for their clients, staff and business affiliates.”

Honey Creek Corporate Center is owned by Madison-based Greywolf Partners Inc. The 633 Wisconsin Ave. building is owned by Zilber Ltd.

In brokering the deal, Lyle Landowski of Inland Companies represented Greywolf and Michael Streit of Grubb & Ellis|Apex Commercial represented Komisar Brady.
