Menomonee Falls-based Kohl’s Corp. will open its new Grafton store on Wednesday, April 9, in the Grafton Commons development at I-43 and Highway 60. The interchange, located on the far east side of Grafton, is the hottest retail development area in Ozaukee County.
The new store replaces the Kohl’s store in the Manchester Mall shopping center at 1953 Wisconsin Ave., on the south side of Grafton.
By the end of April, Kohl’s will operate 957 stores in 47 states. The company will open 28 stores nationwide this spring, and will celebrate the opening of its 1,000th store this fall. In addition, more than 30 existing stores nationwide will be updated this spring to reflect Kohl’s newest look, including the Menomonee Falls store which introduced its updated features on March 13.
