The two stores will open in late March or early April. These will be the second and third Off/Aisle stores opened by Kohl’s. The first opened in June in Cherry Hill, N.J.

“We believe The Mayfair Collection offers the perfect venue for Kohl’s to launch their new store concept, which is a big reason why we are so excited to have them as our final anchor for phase one (of the development),” said Tim Blum of HSA Commercial Real Estate.

Kohl’s was represented in the Mayfair Collection lease transaction by Yoni Zvi of EDG18 Commercial Real Estate, according to HSA.
