Kohl’s puts Menomonee Falls office building up for sale

Menomonee Falls-based Kohl’s Corp. has put an office building up for sale that it acquired just last year.

The 52,744-square-foot 800 Woodland Prime office building is located on a 5.15-acre site at W127 N7564 Flint Dr. in the Woodland Prime office park in Menomonee Falls. Kohl’s bought the building last year when it acquired a 105-acre site from the village in the Woodland Prime office park, where it had planned to build a second corporate campus. The company later dropped those plans and instead has been expanding by acquiring other buildings near its corporate headquarters at N56 W17000 Ridgewood Dr., just north of Silver Spring Drive.

The two-story 800 Woodland Prime office building, built in 2005, will be listed for sale by Robert Flood of RFP Commercial Inc.

The property has an assessed value of $5.35 million, according to Waukesha County records.
