Kleefisch to visit Cooper Power Systems

Lieutenant Governor Rebecca Kleefisch will join Suzanne Kelley of the Waukesha County Business Alliance on a tour of Cooper Power Systems’ facility on Monday Feb. 27 starting at 10:30 a.m
“We are focused on designing solutions to promote manufacturing to the marketplace and we are pleased to work with the Lt. Governor on these initiatives to close the talent gap,” said Kelley.
Mark Thurman, president of Cooper Power Systems in partnership with Frank Hojnacki, vice president of human resources will host the tour. Kleefisch and Kelley will tour the facility and discuss the skills gap issue many manufacturers are facing.
“Our Administration is committed to creating a business climate that makes companies like Cooper Power Systems succeed in this highly challenged economy,” said Kleefisch. “We are working to align the skills of our workforce with the needs of job providers like Cooper Power Systems to foster their success.”
Following the tour, Lt. Governor Kleefisch will be the featured speaker at the Waukesha Rotary meeting.
