Scott Genke, founder and president of SG Property Management, said he would have more information about the development plans in a few months, but said it will be a “multi-family” housing project.

The one-third acre lot is located at 2563 S. Kinnickinnic Ave., across the street from the Bay View Library, just north of the Alchemist Theater. Genke purchased the property from the Eunice Biller Living Trust for $500,000 according to state records.

Genke’s other development, King Lofts at 2534 S. Kinnickinnic Ave., will open this spring. The mixed-use development includes nine apartments, five live/work units and 6,000 square feet of commercial space.
