Foley & Lardner LLP, Milwaukee, has named Kevin J. Malaney as partner. He is an intellectual property lawyer, his practice involving the resolution of patent, trade secret and other intellectual property disputes.
Malaney is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice. He received his law degree, with honors, from the University of Chicago Law School and received his undergraduate degree in computer science from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
