Horizon Retail Construction Inc., Sturtevant, has promoted Kevin Ellertson to project manager. In his new role, Ellertson will work with his team on all aspects of construction, while managing and directing the safe, timely completion of each project. He joined the Horizon team in 2015, where he previously held the title of project coordinator.
