The property was sold by an affiliate of Southlake, Texas-based N3 Real Estate to Santa Barbara, Calif.-based Tanzey Properties III LLC.

The 3,138-square-foot building was built in 2004, according to LoopNet.

The property has an assessed value of $998,400, according to Kenosha County records.
