KENOSHA – Mass transit alternative outlined for Kenosha

    A new Kenosha streetcar expansion, this one pitched by former mayor and current candidate John Antaramian, would run on rubber wheels not iron rails.

    In an interview with the Kenosha News, Antaramian proposed a three-part mass transit expansion if the city can “re-purpose” nearly $8 million in federal funds originally awarded for the now-rejected extension of the electric streetcar route.
