Kenosha envelope plant to close

Cenveo EPG Kenosha filed notice with the state that it will close its plant in Kenosha and eliminate 103 jobs.

The plant to be closed is located at 5612 95th Ave. The closure will be completed by Oct. 19.
The company filed notice of the closure with the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development.
Stamford, Conn.-based Cenveo Inc. is the largest envelope producer in the world. The company reported that its second quarter net sales fell to $438.9 million from $469.0 million in the same period a year ago, primarily due to lower sales of envelopes resulting from lower direct mail volumes from financial services customers.
