What does your daily or weekly fitness regime consist of? I usually run, bije, weight lift and kickbox.
What fitness clubs do you belong to, if any? YMCA at Pabst Farms, Lake Country Racquetball Club
Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life? A strong body equals a strong mind and gives me the power to face each day head on with confidence.
How does personal fitness affect your work life? I am able to be a strong leader at work and share my experience and knowledge of the benefits of being fit with my co-workers.
How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization? It brings our employees together on a whole new level. Their is friendly competition and excitement of the challenge of our wellness program is contagious throughout the office.
What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative? It is a good idea for health, wellness of body and mind and morale. The payback is definitely worth the investment.
