Anthony Anzelmo, Sue Derus, Elizabeth Forman, and William Severs have joined the board of Wauwatosa-based Kathy’s House, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing housing and services for the families of hospital patients who don’t live in the Milwaukee area. Anzelmo, currently partner at Milwaukee-based Husch Blackwell, formerly Whyte Hirschbeck Dudek. He previously held positions at Peterson, Johnson & Murray in Madison, the Wisconsin Department of Justice Legal Services Division and the US District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
Sue Derus is Executive Director of Cancer Services for Froedtert Health and has been a leader in Cancer Services at Froedtert since 1995. She played a key leadership role in developing a new model of care for the Cancer Center at Froedtert and the Medical College, implement in 2006 when the new Cancer Center Building opened. It brings all cancer services and physicians to the patient all within one building, making the patient the nucleus of care. A long-time supporter Kathy’s House, Derus was a part of the team that helped Dick and Judy Vogel open the House in 2001.
Elizabeth Forman leads her own Human Resources Consulting and Coaching Firm, Endwell Associates, LLC. Her background includes Human Resources executive positions at Froedtert Health, GE Healthcare, and Fiserv. She is President of the Cornell University Alumni Club of Wisconsin, a group that has regularly volunteered at Kathy’s House.
William Severson worked at Allen Bradley/Rockwell Automation from 1967 until his retirement in 2013. Throughout his career he was an active volunteer including Junior Achievement, Literacy Services of Wisconsin, United Way of Greater Milwaukee, Hope House Food Pantry.
