HGA Architects and Engineers has hired Kate Mullaney, CPSM, as a business developer in the Milwaukee office. She will direct new business opportunities in the arts, community and higher education market sectors.

Mullaney has more than 15 years marketing and business development experience in the architecture/engineering/construction industry. Before joining HGA, she was Director of Business Development with HDR in Chicago.

Mullaney studied Communications at St. Norbert College in De Pere. She served as president of Society for Marketing Professional Services Chicago in 2012 – 2013, and was recognized nationally as the President of the Year. She currently is a member of the Business Development Institute faculty for SMPS National, and speaks regionally and nationally on business development topics. She is a Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPRM).
