Wisconsin Pet Care LLC, Milwaukee, has been sold to Karyn Soergel of Milwaukee. Lori Mendelsohn founded the company in 2008 in Kenosha.
Mendelsohn chose Soergel because of her leadership and business development skills and her passion for animals and their well being.
“Karyn started her animal advocacy when she was a little girl-rescuing worms from eminent death on the roads, and from there, her service and love for animals has grown exponentially,” said Mendelsohn.
Soergel will lead the brand to become larger, reaching new markets in the state and poising it for possible expansion into other states.
