Godfrey & Kahn is pleased to announce that they have hired Julia Austin as staff talent director.
In her new role, Austin will oversee the professional staff and legal executive assistant recruitment, performance management, compensation, training and development, onboarding and integration and employee relations.
She joins Godfrey & Kahn from Rockwell Automation where she served as a Human Resource Business Partner responsible for providing strategic support for the Supply Chain function in Operating and Engineering services. Prior to Rockwell Automation, Austin was the Vice President, Human Capital Advisor at Baird.
She received a BS in business administration with a management emphasis from Winona State University.
