What has fueled your company’s growth?

Providing exceptional services at a reasonable rate. Taking ownership of our clients’ issues until they are completely resolved. Working closely with hardware and software vendors that provide unique products and services that fit true business needs for our clients.

What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?

Finding good engineering talent has always limited our growth.

Do you plan any changes in your company in the upcoming months?

We are adding a few administrative staff members as well as two additional engineers.

Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? And what traits do those people exhibit that make you admire them?

Since August of 2007, I have met quarterly with a group of 11 other IT business owners from different areas of the country and Canada. We act as a virtual board of directors for each other. I admire this group’s ability to share openly and honestly. We learn a lot from each other’s mistakes and successes.

Locally, Scott Wilke of Leader Paper Products has been a great business mentor for me. I admire the third generation company that he and his family have built and maintained. I appreciate Scott’s insight into business and all of the open and honest feedback he’s given me over the years.

What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months?

We just finished our strongest quarter ever and Q3 should prove to be bigger than that. We continue to see strong product and project growth within our customer base.

What is your company’s key strategy for rising out of the recession?

We have actually experienced great growth over the last three years, primarily because we provide great products and services at a reasonable price.
