Journal acquires radio station

Milwaukee-based Journal Communications Inc. subsidiary Journal Broadcast Group has acquired Tulsa, Okla. Radio stations 106.9 KHTT FM and 92.9 BOB FM from Renda Broadcasting Corp.

The contemporary stations add to the company’s holdings in Tulsa, which also include 98.5 KVOO FM, 99.5 KXBL FM, both country, and 1170 KFAQ FM, talk radio.
