Johnson Bank adds new leaders

Racine-based Johnson Bank has further extended its reach in the North Shore by hiring three new leaders at its Whitefish Bay branch.

Allen McIlwraith has been named vice president-private banking relationship manager. He has more than 25 years of banking, mortgage lending and wealth management experience. McIlwraith will be responsible for managing relationships and offering banking and wealth management solutions to customers.
Marco Ortega has been named personal insurance producer for Johnson Insurance Services. He has more than eight years of experience in property and casualty, commercial lines and life and health insurance sales. Ortega will work with customers on personal insurance needs.
Allan Ripple has been hired as assistant vice president-senior mortgage loan officer. He has more than 20 years of mortgage banking experience, and has a BS in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse.
