Spin (cycle), run, weightlifting, Yoga, tennis atleast one or two of these activities five out of seven days per week.

As a health and well-being organization all associates are made aware of the choices we make when it comes to your health – exercise, diet and reduced stress.
What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative?
Start slow and be consistent…its more of a marathon than a sprint. Find a friend with a common interest – its harder to quit if you have someone else counting on you.
