The Industrial Controls Company, Inc., Sussex, welcomes Jim Fackelman to the team. He has spent his 40 year career in operations, manufacturing, engineering and materials. He has spent the last 17 years consulting in a variety of industries with a focus on initiatives such as lean manufacturing and value stream mapping (factory and office). He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, both from the University of Notre Dame.
