Wangard Partners Inc., Milwaukee, has hired Jerry Piro to its development division. Piro will lead development, design and construction for the company. He brings over 30 years of national and international office, hospitality and multifamily development experience to Wangard Partners and has led over $10 billion worth of developments globally for companies such as Wyndham Worldwide, Gaylord Hotels, and The Trump Organization.
Piro has joined the team just as the award-winning 1433 N. Water St. and Milwaukee Tool’s Headquarters expansion projects are complete.
After earning his Bachelor and Master Degrees in Architecture and Construction Management from the University of Illinois, with postgraduate education in Real Estate and Finance, he worked for Equity Office Proprieties Trust. He is also a member of NAIOP and AIA.
