Jericho Resources, Inc. will move from Cudahy to the ASQ building in downtown Milwaukee.

This fall, BizTimes reported, Korb and Associates Architects and the Alliance for Strong Families and Communities would be moving into the ASQ-Ivory Tusk Building at 648 N. Plankinton Ave.

Korb and Associates will occupy 6,004 square feet. Michael Levine, of Cresa Corporate Real Estate, brokered the deal.

Alliance for Strong Families and Communities, 11600 W. Lake Park Drive, is selling its 32,334-square-foot building and moving into 22,000-square-feet of space being vacated by VISIT Milwaukee on the fourth floor of the ASQ building.

VISIT Milwaukee will lease approximately 13,000-square-feet on the second floor of the building. Its current lease expires March 31, 2016. David Pudlosky, vice president of JLL, brokered the deal.

Currently, 86 percent of the Ivory Tusk Building’s 400,000 square feet is occupied. The building consists of a 131-room Marriott hotel, 173,600 square feet of Class A office space and 66,400-square-feet of retail space.

“The Ivory Tusk building is one of Milwaukee’s historic gems located in the heart of downtown,” said Paul Upchurch, CEO of VISIT Milwaukee. “It is an ideal location for VISIT Milwaukee. Our new offices will enhance our visibility and further support our mission of promoting our great community.”
