Cushman & Wakefield |The Boerke Company Inc. announced Monday it is working with Braun, a national real estate auction and appraisal company based in Manhattan Beach, Calif., to sell the former Jenkins Volvo and Jenkins Jaguar building located on Green Bay Avenue off of Capitol Drive.
“The former Jaguar building would be well suited for an auto service type of user, and the former Volvo property has freeway visibility and signage, which leans itself more towards a regional or national player,” Andrew Jensen, principal at The Boerke Company said in a press release.
The former Volvo property, 4020 N. Green Bay Ave., is currently listed at $785,000 and the former Jaguar building, 4035 N Green Bay Ave., is currently marketed at $490,000 according to the listings at The Boerke Company’s website.
