Waukesha State Bank, Waukesha, has promoted Jane Murphy to bank manager.

“This promotion is well deserved and reflective of the commitment Jane has made to serving her community,” said Devon Arnold, Waukesha State Bank vice president – retail banking manager. “Her passion for customer service and relationship management, make her a natural fit for this position.”

Murphy started her career with Waukesha State Bank in 2013 as a teller and has held various positions during her tenure. She was promoted to customer service representative in 2014, assistant teller supervisor in 2014, teller supervisor in 2015 and personal banker in 2017. In her new role as bank manager, Murphy will continue to be responsible for all aspects of daily Muskego office operations, including business development, personnel management, customer service, lending, relationship management and community service.

Murphy is actively involved with her community volunteering with St. James Church in Mukwonago and currently serving as chairperson of Waukesha State Bank’s employee volunteer group, Helping Hearts. Through the group, she organizes various volunteer projects and community service opportunities throughout the year.
